marina Lefkaritis
Marina is a commercially focused, client-centric leader with a successful track record spanning over 15 years in the luxury sector, and prior to that in investment banking and strategy consulting.
Marina’s experience in luxury has covered both strategic and operational roles at both a regional and global level, across physical and digital channels in some of the world’s most admired brands and multi-brand organisations including Louis Vuitton, Burberry and MatchesFashion and most recently overseeing the Europe region of the renowned fine art gallery Hauser & Wirth.
Throughout her career Marina has developed and implemented strategic initiatives within omnichannel environments with a focus on improving profitability. Specifically, within the client sphere, Marina has led global teams directly focusing on top tier clients and teams within a regional and head office capacity that directed client-facing teams on the ground. Marina has successfully led turn-around scenarios and restructurings that developed into high growth businesses.
Becky Lombardo
Becky has led supply chain teams servicing high growth, omnichannel retail businesses. Her experience spans fast fashion, luxury goods, beauty, homeware and food.
She has worked with a number of different retail fulfilment models both domestic and international – direct to consumer, drop ship, concession and rental. Working with high growth brands including Arcadia, Asos, Dunelm and MatchesFashion, she has extensive experience in balancing the needs of high growth in the short-term with a medium- to long-term strategic plan.
Becky has developed and implemented supply chain strategies involving global network design, 3PL selection and renegotiations, organisational design, team reorganisations and development, cost reduction initiatives, new service implementation, service proposition reviews and duty efficiency initiatives. She has a data-led, customer-first approach to change management. Becky has also successfully led turn-around scenarios delivering improvement in both cost base and service KPI's.
